This Privacy Policy explains how Scroll Tax ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through this website. Scroll Tax is a screen-time wallet currently in development; this site lets you join the launch waitlist.

When you submit the subscribe form, we collect the email address you provide. We also record basic technical metadata sent automatically by your browser, such as your user agent, to help prevent spam and abuse.

• To notify you when the Scroll Tax app launches.
• To send occasional product updates related to the launch.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated advertising.

Where your data is stored

Waitlist emails are stored in our own PostgreSQL database. We also use Brevo, an email service provider, to manage our contact list and deliver emails. Your email is shared with Brevo solely for these purposes and is subject to Brevo's own privacy practices.

Data retention

We keep your email until you ask us to remove it or until it is no longer needed for the purposes above. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails, which stops further messages.

Your rights

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their information.
